These two powerful days will provide invaluable insights into the workings of politics and government affairs. You will leave equipped with the knowledge, skills, confidence and contacts to build effective relationships in the halls of power. This event will cover topics related to politics, policy and government affairs.

There are no 101 skip the surface understandings. Our nuanced explanation about the roles of Members of Parliament, Senators, and Ministers, as well as the people and organisations that support policy making

Our presenters will share their experiences with you and empower you by will develop practical strategies for building effective and impactful relationships within Parliament House. There will be a focus on arranging meetings with Ministers and Opposition and developing relationships with key staff and stakeholders within Parliament House.

The event will include a roundtable discussion on women in politics, policy and the media - the challenges they face and the opportunities we can all harness. You will gain insights into the role of the press gallery and the importance of lobbying and peak bodies in shaping policy.
